Maxfield has a diverse background spanning R&D Technology Research for a Fortune 500 company, writing for a prominent Christian Author, and serving as an Adjunct Professor at Belmont University. Maxfield is also a Franklin, TN native and a proud Lipscomb University alumnus. He loves Jesus and carries a deep passion for intercession, prophetic ministry, and discipleship.

Kay handles all things finance, has an infectious laugh, and prays as if the world depended on it. We all know it does.

Brianna manages the calendar, scheduling, and communications for James’ travels and speaking engagements, as well as the resources offered through GEM. Outside of the ministry, Brianna is trained in counseling and dances professionally in the Nashville area.

Susan is dedicated to raising up Houses of Prayer and to release the light of the Lord in the earth. As an intercessor for 40 years, she loves life and lives to give and serve the Body of Christ.

Jason Ford is a passionate man of prayer with a strong prophetic intercessory gifting. His heart is to see revival and awakening from Nashville to the nations. Jason is married to Amy and they have three children.

Steven and Rene Springer are the Founders and Senior Leaders of Global Presence Ministries, headquartered in Madison, WI, with a Transformation Center in Ghana, Africa. The Springers provide apostolic oversight to churches and ministries in the USA and Ghana, which are part of the Global Presence Apostolic Network (GPAN).
